It is essential that you have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally gained within a retail environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the store exceeds its sales targets and overseeing matters of security and cash and banking so that we can protect the profits. You’ll already know about customer service but you will be expected to make sure that it's the first thing on your team’s mind. Of course the care of pets is what we are all about and the fish and small animals need as much care and attention as our customers and staff!

REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER – NORTH

We are making some big & bold changes to our Visual Merchandising Department and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellent visual merchandising skills to be part of these changes. We are currently implementing newly developed store layouts and improved visual statements in store to ensure the shopping experience for our customer is an exciting one. So we can make these changes we are looking to recruit two new Regional Visual Merchandising Managers – one for the North and one for the South.

You will join have responsibility for the successful implementation of our new Visual Merchandising programme and guidelines.

Successful candidates will have proven experience of working in a similar Visual merchandising role. You will need exceptional people management skills and be super organized! An awareness of current retail market and trends is essential and experience of working with a high profile UK high street brand would be highly advantageous.

These are regional roles and you may be required to spend time away from home.
