The role of the B2B Administrator is to provide excellent customer support via phone, e-mail, letter and the internal electronic system. Liaising with internal departments, couriers and suppliers is crucial in order to solve customer queries, requiring a high level of communication. Further to this, customer satisfaction must be sustained through the processing of the order flow system. Meeting targets set by the B2B Sales Manager is essential for the position.
Duties and Responsibilities
| Provide the highest level of Customer Support via phone, email, letter and the internal electronic system. | |
| Answer customer calls within the SLA. | |
| Respond to all Order Flow related customer correspondence within the SLA. | |
| Take steps to resolve the customer queries and complaints by contacting internal departments, couriers and suppliers. | |
| Liaise with all departments regarding system and product related customer service issues, taking full ownerships until these are resolved. | |
| Process all stages of the Order Flow system to maintain total customer satisfaction and manage all customersb expectations. | |
| Understand and cover other roles within the B2B admin team, such as Facflow (RBS) and sales processes. | |
| Meet targets set by the B2B Sales Manager. | |
| Additional Ad Hoc activities requested by the B2B Sales Manager if possible. | |
| Project a positive image of Ebuyer and the department at all times. | |
| Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace. | |
| Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role. | |

Job Summary

The role of the B2B Sales Executive is to prospect and develop new and existing opportunities via outbound telesales activity, by targeting small, medium and large business customers. This can be accomplished through the use of outbound calls in order to build relationships with potential customers, securing their interest in the products Ebuyer has to offer and closing deals to produce revenue and profit.
The ideal candidate would be results orientated sales professional seeking a role in which they can learn and earn in a dynamic, challenging and supportive environment, which rewards personal and team contribution and commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
| Make an average of 120 outbound calls with at least 2 hours total talk time per day, aiming to reach 30 decision makers. | |
| Issue an average of 10 open quotations per day with a 50% success rate. | |
| Identify and close opportunities for value add-on sales and service support. | |
| Proactively generate new business using outbound sales calls. | |
| Identify and close opportunities for value add-on sales and service support. | |
| Actively engage in product and systems training and development and pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role. | |
| Offer technical support for IT products whenever possible. | |
| Achieve revenue and profit targets set by the sales manager. | |
| Encourage clients to visit and use the website. | |
| Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication in the event of any delivery concerns and customer dissatisfaction, always focusing on the customer experience. | |
| Answer all customer correspondence the same day. | |
| Order input to the Ebuyer telesales order processing system within Ebuyer policy and procedure. | |
| Take responsibility for determining and satisfying the needs of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction as the basis for further business. | |
