Customer Support Advisor -

Hours: 40 hours per week
2 Shifts available: Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm (with one day off in the week) and
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 6pm (with one day off in the week).
Job Summary
The role of the Wren Customer Support Advisor is to provide excellent customer support via phone, e-mail, letter and the internal electronic system. Liaising with internal departments, couriers and suppliers is crucial in order to solve customer queries, requiring a high level of communication. The main objective of those in the position is to achieve a response time of 24 - 48 hours to all correspondence and complaints, in order to maintain effective customer support and a satisfied consumer market. Personal and group objectives include meeting STATS that have been set by the Customer Support Supervisor.
Responsibilities
| Provide the highest level of Customer Support via phone, e-mail,letter and the internal electronic system. | |
| Answer customer calls within the SLA. | |
| Respond to all customer correspondence within the SLA. | |
| Take steps to resolve customer queries and complaints by contacting internal departments as well as couriers and suppliers. | |
| Deal with complaint emails and letters. | |
| Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. | |
| Maintain a consistent and professional attitude. | |
| Take on additional duties when required by your Manager if possible. | |

Graphic Designer -

Job Summary
Wren Kitchens is expanding rapidly, both online and offline. We are looking to grow our current design team who currently handle all of our web and print design. The work currently undertaken includes full website design and management, in-store point of sale creation, magazine and newspaper advert design and anything else related to the corporate look and feel of Wren Kitchens.
As a member of our design team, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain Wren Kitchen's online and offline presence. It is important to balance your technical and design skills to create clean and effective designs. As well as having a strong sense of clean design, you will also need web development skills. You have a well-rounded skill set including strong HTML abilities, design skills, technical savvy, great attention to detail, and proven expertise in web development. You will work independently, but also take direction in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
| Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective webpages. | |

Requirements
| Strong HTML and CSS skills with solid knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross browser issues. | |
| Commercial experience as a web designer with established skills in design tools such as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and Flash MX. | |
| Knowledge in XML and PHP is preferred | |
| Experience designing, implementing and maintaining websites with a strong knowledge of graphic creation, editing, and optimisation. | |
| Excellent attention to detail, keen eye for clean UI implementation, and knowledge of coding and design best practices. | |

Job Summary
The role of Telesales/Internet Manager is to pro-actively manage all aspects of telesales & internet sales for market leading kitchen & bedroom retailer.
Duties and Responsibilities
| Monitor and drive sales performance of all consultants within telesales. | |
| Analyse all incoming sales calls and queries and manage through to complete sales or showroom appointments. | |
| Effectively manage all customer remote on-line plans, converting to sales and live chat. | |
| Focus on sales, profit, operations, service, KPI's, communications and people. | |
| Work within the ethos of the company. | |
| Efficient control of rotas, ensuring maximum consultant cover of telesales, specifically during peak trading hours. Ensure holidays are not taken during peak trading periods. | |
| Ensure all unsold quotations receive a follow-up call within 72 hours of plan. Utilise customer requirement form, firstly to attain sale completion. | |
| Check on the teams customer service levels and ensure we are meeting the customer's needs. | |
| Be fully aware of telesales KPI performance eg: Sales, Conversion rate, Accessory sales, Appliance sales, Finance etc. | |
| Identify any opportunities to increase sales & profit within telesales & communicate these to your peers & field management. | |
